Do I need a LiDAR iPhone?

No. LiDAR (iPhone Pro models) makes the scan and wall-tracking instant, but every feature works on any iPhone - enter your room size by hand or draw the floor plan.

What's free and what's paid?

Scanning, the 3D room, the acoustic summary and every Stage-0 action (placement, both guided ear tests, the live meter) are free, for any number of rooms. A one-time unlock opens a room's full roadmap - Stages 1-4, REW import and exports. Studio Pro unlocks every room while active, and rooms created under Pro stay unlocked even if it ends.

I paid but the room shows locked

Open any locked card and tap Restore purchases - purchases follow your Apple ID. If it still shows locked, contact us above.

Can I move to a new apartment?

Rescanning your room is free forever. Replacing the room with a clearly different one within 14 days of purchase moves your unlock for free; after that, a new room is a new (discounted) unlock - and your old room's plan stays archived inside the project, readable and exportable.

How do I measure with REW?

The app has a built-in step-by-step guide: on the plan screen, tap "Never measured before? Start here". You'll need a measurement microphone (e.g. a UMIK-1) and the free REW software on a computer.

Exporting a measurement from REW

The app reads REW's plain-text export and, optionally, the impulse-response WAV. It does not read REW's binary .mdat project files.

1. In REW, select the measurement you took at the listening position.
2. Choose File → Export → Export measurement as text and save the file.
3. Optional, for reverb-time analysis: File → Export → Export impulse response as WAV.
4. Send the file(s) to your iPhone (AirDrop, Files, iCloud Drive), open them in the app, then tag where the mic stood.

What to include in a bug report

• Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About), and the app version shown on the welcome screen.
• What you were doing: scanning, tagging materials, adding gear, importing a measurement, or viewing the plan.
• A screenshot or screen recording if you can.
• If a measurement import failed: which REW version exported it, and the file itself if you're comfortable sharing it.
